Residence 7436 sits on a corner plot in Aerocity's Block-H, and answers a brief we hear often in Punjab: a home that feels stately without being ornamental, rooted in classical proportion but detailed for contemporary life.
The elevation is organised by a clear classical order — moulded string courses, layered cornices and tall arched openings — rendered in a quiet ivory palette under a slate-tiled roof. A full-height jaali screen tower anchors the corner, filtering western light into the stairwell while giving the house its most distinctive silhouette.

Proportion Before Ornament
The façade's character comes from its bay rhythm, arch geometry and cornice lines — not applied decoration. Mouldings are kept shallow and consistent so the composition reads calm rather than busy.
The Jaali Tower
A perforated screen wraps the corner stair tower from plinth to parapet. It cuts glare and heat gain on the exposed orientation, animates the interior with patterned light, and gives the house a landmark corner presence.
Indoor–Outdoor Balconies
Glass-balustraded balconies with planted edges slip between the classical bays, keeping every principal room connected to the street's green canopy without breaking the elevation's order.
